Commercial Real Estate Staff Attorney

Baltimore office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks commercial real estate staff attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will manage multiple work streams, and can manage and train legal staff including paralegals and junior associates. Must have experience with commercial real estate transactions, is well-versed in title, survey, zoning, and lease review, can independently review and analyze complex real estate and corporate due diligence, and has proficiency maintaining checklists and drafting basic real estate documents. Must be admitted to and in good standing with the Bar.

The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, and outstanding academic credentials. Must have a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
