Gainesville office of our client seeks a personal injury attorney with 1 year of experience. The candidate will be in charge of gathering necessary documents and evidence as well as any other relevant information related to the claim and negotiating a settlement offer. Work with team to prepare demand letters and help to negotiate a settlement. Manage and negotiate cases with insurance providers. Effectively manage a full case load. Oversee and manage a dedicated full-time legal assistant. Regular client communication is a priority. Obtain medical bills and records from providers and medically manage client care. Must have an active member of the Florida Bar Association in good standing.
