Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks staff attorney with 4-5 years of working in e-discovery, including substantial document review experience at all levels and phases of a project. The candidate should have substantial experience working with and leveraging Relativity and other e-discovery technology tools to better manage, organize, and review data. Substantial experience analyzing and applying legal principles concerning HIPAA and privilege doctrines to discovery objectives essential. Experience managing multiple projects and working effectively within a deadline-driven environment needed. Must be admitted to practice in D.C. Experience conducting corporate M&A transactional due diligence reviews, including identifying confidentiality provisions, option-triggering events, restrictive covenants, assignment, and change of control restrictions in the healthcare and life sciences, preferred. Experience working with TAR and other AI applications preferred.

The candidate possesses excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills, whether working independently or as a team member. Must be detail oriented, with excellent organization and time management skills. Should have strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to completion.
