Employment and Labor Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an employment and labor associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate should preferably have experience in: providing high-level counsel to clients on employment law compliance issues; litigating trade secret/employee mobility, whistleblower (SOX, Dodd-Frank), and high stakes single-plaintiff employment actions; advising on employment aspects of M&A transactions; and defending against complex employment actions in state and federal court, including pay equity class actions. Trial experience is a plus. Membership to the California Bar is required.

The candidate should preferably have top academic credentials. Must have strong writing and client relations skills as well as the demonstrated ability to manage litigation on a day-to-day basis; draft and argue substantive briefs and motions; and take and defend depositions with limited supervision are required.

Although the San Francisco office of this full-service, multi-national juggernaut is known primarily for its large Litigation department, its Business department is growing and, in fact, includes an outstanding International Transactions practice.
