The candidate will be responsible for transactions, shareholders and operating agreements, non-compete and executive compensation agreements, and business dispute resolution. Maryland Bar admission is required. DC and Virginia Bar admission would be preferred. A portable business is important.

The candidate must have excellent writing and analytical skills. Excellent client communication skills, ability to work both independently and as a team player, attention to detail, and sound judgment are required.
