Fleming Island office of our client seeks condominium and community associations attorney with experience. The candidate will answer legal questions for association clients. Attend condominium and homeowner association board meetings. Represent clients at mediation, and Florida Division of Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes arbitration hearings. Represent clients in civil court proceedings. Keep association clients regularly informed. Present ongoing education for licensed community association managers and newly elected directors of condominium and homeowner associations. Work with both condominiums and homeowner associations. Must be active member of Florida Bar.

The candidate should have Juris Doctorate degree. Must have excellent grammar and spelling.
