Maitland office of our client seeks first party insurance civil litigation attorney with 1 year of experience. The candidate should have ability to fluently handle all functions of a case from initial client meeting through to case resolution. Motion practice and knowledge of litigation procedures required. Essential functions include client focus, collaboration/team-building skills, communication proficiency, leadership, and problem solving/analysis. First party insurance litigation claims either side is required. Must be a current member of the Florida Bar. Bilingual Spanish is helpful.
