Collection Attorney

Cleveland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks collection attorney with 3 years of experience. The candidate will handle consumer debt collection caseload for national creditors throughout Wisconsin, review, and approval of all pleadings, motions, and executions. Will attend all court matters. Managing satellite office and working with hub office in Cleveland. Assist Firm in marketing local businesses within the State. Assist with client audits and attend professional conferences. Experience must be in the consumer and commercial debt collection. Knowledge and experience in residential foreclosure are a plus. Must have extensive experience with the FDCPA, and understand compliance regulations promulgated by the CFPB and OCC. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, BKFS, and Tempo a plus. A dual law license in Wisconsin and Ohio is a plus, a Wisconsin license is required.

The candidate must be highly organized, self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and display an attitude that no task is too small to get the job done and serve the client. A Law degree is required. Must have strong communication, written, oral, and listening skills. Detail-oriented and a strong commitment to customer service is needed.
