Mid-Level Fund Formation Associate Attorney

London office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level fund formation associate attorney with 3-7 years of experience in investment fund transactions, particularly in real estate infrastructure, private equity, and/or hedge funds. The candidate must have a keen interest in the asset management sector. Should have experience in the structuring and establishment of funds. Experience in corporate transactions in the asset management sector is required. Experience in managing multi-jurisdictional transactions is needed. Experience in working in a fast-paced transactional role is essential. Must have experience in a similar role at a leading legal practice in the City of London.

The candidate should have an international outlook and entrepreneurial mindset. Must have business development skills and enthusiasm to help build practice further. Excellent academic background is required.
