Portland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a land use associate attorney with 5-10 years of experience. The candidate will work with land use, real estate, and natural resource lawyers in a team-oriented approach. Should preferably have 5-10 years of experience with land use matters, including Drafting land use applications, Appearance at public hearings; Research and review of development feasibility; Appellate briefing. Business development experience and a strong interest in engaging in real estate and construction or natural resource industry groups are desired. Must have Oregon State Bar admission or eligibility for immediate reciprocity.

The candidate should preferably have Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Excellent academic credentials and professional references, as well as solid legal oral advocacy, legal research, analysis, writing, and communication skills plus. Demonstrated ownership of projects and willingness to work in a team-oriented setting, but with significant independence, is desired. Strong client service ethics are helpful.
