Contract or Staff Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks contract or staff attorney preferably with 3+ years of M&A experience. The candidate will join the Firm's M&A Insurance group focusing on transactional risk insurance offerings. Will focus on Transactional Risk Insurance. Experience in representation and warranty insurance work is a plus. Admission to the New York State Bar preferred.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials.
