The candidate should preferably have experience with general defense litigation, including tort litigation, product liability, construction defect, premises liability, automobile, and general liability matters. Insurance coverage experience is also a plus. California Bar admission is required.

The candidate must have the ability to draft complicated opinions, motions, and legal memoranda in a clear and concise manner.
