Associate Attorney Needed For Chicago Office

Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 2-5 years of creditors rights practice experience. The candidate will be responsible for a caseload involving daily court appearances; legal research; drafting pleadings/motions/briefs/regular client communications/staff oversight. Should be licensed to practice law in Illinois with no disciplinary history in any jurisdiction. Familiarity with Cook County and collar county courts is beneficial. Foreclosure and/or bankruptcy experience is considered a plus. Must have an understanding of Illinois Mortgage Foreclosure Law, Bankruptcy Law, the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure, the Supreme Court Rules, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

The candidate should have accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to industry standards. Must have superior communication skills with clients and colleagues/staff. Must be process-oriented with attention to detail and have a strong work ethic.
