The ideal candidate must have experience representing both lenders and borrowers on complex, high-dollar real estate loans for asset types ranging from hospitality, office, and industrial to retail, mixed use, and multifamily. Experience with securitization, syndication and participation of commercial mortgage, bridge and construction and mezzanine loans necessary. Should have considerable relevant experience within a law firm, excellent academic performance, superb communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. Should be comfortable working with sophisticated market participants. CO Bar admittance preferred.
