Corporate Associate Attorney

Parsippany office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate associate attorney with 2-4 years of demonstrated transactional experience working with public companies on general corporate, transactional, and disclosure matters. The candidate should preferably have demonstrated experience working with public companies on general corporate, transactional, and disclosure matters or expressed interest in public company transactions. Experience in one or more of the following areas would be preferred: advising public companies on securities law and reporting requirements, public company corporate compliance, disclosure, and corporate governance matters, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, or executive compensation. Excellent technical, professional, and client service skills are required. NJ Bar admission in good standing is essential.
