Boise office of our client seeks attorney with 3-10 years of experience in HOA, construction defect, real estate, land use, estate planning and probate practice areas. The candidate will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, governing and other HOA-related documents. Will understand and assist clients with situations that arise and are unique to HOA practice. Strategically counsel clients and potential clients on legal matters. Manage and process - either as lead or assist - litigation case management from inception to settlement. Identify legal or contractual issues and develop new approaches to resolve complex issues. Provide legal advice to senior management regarding various corporate and business matters. Remain current on federal and state laws, regulations, and practices affecting the company business. Manage relationships and collaborate with co-counsel. Must have an LL.M. degree. Must be Idaho licensed attorney.

The candidate should have a JD or LL.M. degree with exceptional academic credentials. Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills are essential. Excellent business judgment and high level of professionalism are needed. Ability to work in teams is needed. Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential.
