Securities Attorney

San Diego office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a securities attorney with 3-5 years of significant experience in SEC reporting, SEC filings, public and private securities offerings and related matters. The candidate will do a direct role in providing day-to-day support and attention to routine SEC filings, prospectuses, client press releases, board consents, and standard corporate and securities matters. Must have experience in public company reporting compliance, securities offerings, and the drafting of private placement memoranda, subscription documents, standard venture capital and seed financing documents, and related blue sky filings. Must have California Bar admission and excellent academic credentials. Must have strong critical analytical skills, a high level of attention to detail, and be naturally responsive and communicative.
