San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks land use and real estate associate attorney with 4+ years of experience. The candidate will analyze and comment on administrative draft CEQA documents for legal sufficiency; analyze General Plans and zoning ordinances and plot entitlement strategies; help prepare project application documents for private clients; legal research concerning land use, CEQA and NEPA topics; draft certain CEQA and NEPA documents; draft General Plan consistency, CEQA, and other approval findings; and handle all aspects of land use/CEQA litigation, including administrative record prep, procedural steps, briefing, and argument. Any experience with real estate transactional issues is a plus. Should have experience in land use, CEQA, NEPA, and real estate principles.

The candidate must have stellar writing skills, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and motivation to serve clients at the highest level.
