Pittsburg office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a financial services attorney with 1 year of legal experience working on commercial loan transactions. The candidate must be secured and unsecured by revolving and term loans, asset-based loans, Commercial real estate loans (bank, life company, Agency, and CMBS), Construction loans, Subordinated loans and mezzanine loan transactions, and Equipment finance. Do participations (both on behalf of the lead and on behalf of the participating lenders), Intercreditor arrangements. Must have the perfection of security interests involving a full range of financing transactions.

The candidate must have the ability to organize/prioritize, and handle multiple time-sensitive issues in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent written/verbal communication skills.
