The candidate should have a specific background in securities with significant experience in both disclosure and structuring with an emphasis on issuer-side representation. Knowledge of public company rules and regulations is needed. Excellent academic credentials and communication skills are a must. Significant experience with sophisticated business and transactional matters is also necessary.
