Franchise and Transactional Associate Attorney

Saint Louis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a franchise and transactional associate attorney with 2-6 years of commercial transactions, real estate, and franchise experience. The candidate will draft transactional documents, including purchase and sale documents, franchise disclosure documents, franchise regulatory filings, commercial real estate and lending documents, leases, and other transactional agreements. Will gain sophisticated hands-on experience in a thriving franchising, business, real estate, and finance practice with significant client contact and potential for career advancement. Identifies issues and provides suggestions to day-to-day problems; prioritizes and effectively completes daily tasks.
