Stamford office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks immigration practice group associate attorney with 6 years of experience working with complex business immigration matters. The candidate will independently oversee all aspects of preparing and filing nonimmigrant (L, H, TN, O, E) and immigrant (PERM, I-130, EB1A, B & C, I-140, I-485) petitions, and applications with government agencies and consulates. Will independently manage client relationships and guide clients on making strategic decisions, and will provide advice and counseling on I-9 and E-Verify issues. Also manage and collaborate with legal assistants and legal specialists in day-to-day work on cases, as assigned, and stay current on business immigration law developments, and analyze the impact of legal changes on practice. Expected to contribute to the firms thought leadership by drafting advisories, alerts, and blog posts periodically during the year. Participation in client training and activities of the section is expected and encouraged. LLM from an ABA-accredited law school is required. Must be able to balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities and responsibilities, be highly organized and exercise extreme attention to detail. Able to collaborate and work effectively in team setting is needed.

The candidate must be Graduated with a JD degree. Excellent written/verbal communication skills are needed. A high level of professionalism in working and engaging with business immigration clients is required.
