The candidate will assist with guardianship and the decedents estate practice providing counsel and representation to clients. Should have excellent research, writing, and communication skills; ability to manage client relationships. Must have experience in one or more of the following areas: motion practice, guardianship and/or decedents estate litigation, probate practice, or at an elder law firm.
