Finance and Real Estate Associate Attorney

Raleigh office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks finance and real estate associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate should have experience in drafting commercial real estate, leasing and financing documents, and handling title, survey, entity and other real estate diligence matters. Additional experience in commercial lending and banking transactions, including commercial real estate loans, asset-based loans, or other secured credit facilities of varying types is a plus. Experience in affordable housing, low income housing tax credits, or historic tax credits is also preferred. Must be currently licensed in North Carolina or licensed in another state with a UBE score that qualifies in North Carolina for comity, or otherwise be eligible to waive in.

The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to assume individual responsibility for client matters. Must possess a drive for excellence and willingness to take initiative to solve problems. Strong writing credentials and excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
