Junior to Mid-level IP/Life Sciences Associate Attorney

Charlotte office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior to mid-level IP/life sciences associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience in the life sciences area. The candidate should have experience evaluating patent portfolios, performing due diligence investigations, drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and managing patent portfolios. Should be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office with a strong background in scientific fields relevant to biotechnology. An advanced degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or Immunology is desired. Experience in a law firm is required. Must be admitted to the State Bar.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials and communication skills. Should possess leadership skills, be comfortable working directly with clients and work well with others.
