Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a tax associate attorney with 2-3 years of experience. The candidate should have a broad range of experience in tax, including partnerships and M&A. Large law firm experience is preferred.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills. Should be entrepreneurial, team-oriented, and highly motivated to help us grow the practice and serve clients.
