Miami office of our client seeks an entry-level associate attorney with interest in civil litigation and/or debt collection. The candidate will work with a team of legal clerks to manage a high-volume caseload. Will conduct an accurate legal review of pleadings, draft motions, negotiate with defendants or their counsel, and represent clients in court. Will gain early career experience and get a great opportunity for significant courtroom experience. Candidates will maintain and supervise a heavy caseload of the firm's clients in Florida. Candidates will draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, stipulations of settlement, etc., and communicate with clients regarding their respective matters. Will also communicate with opposing parties to resolve and settle claims, and represent clients in court. No experience required. The firm will provide training. Must be Bar certified, active, and in good standing in the state of Florida. This is an in-office position.
