Junior to Mid-level Technology Transactions and Privacy Associate Attorney

The candidate must have experience advising companies on US federal and state privacy laws (especially with the California Consumer Privacy Act). Experience with some or all of the following is required: developing internal policies and procedures, conducting data mapping, performing privacy impact assessments, drafting privacy policies and negotiating data processing agreements. Prior law firm experience is a plus.
