Criminal Law Associate Attorney

Charlottte office of our client seeks criminal law associate attorney with experience. The candidate will be representing clients facing some of the most challenging times in their lives. Will start their day by checking emails, returning messages, checking in with their case manager, and preparing for court. The day will consist of court, other legal proceedings, working case-related tasks, and more. New client consultations, attending court, mediations, and depositions. Research and prepare cases for court, and case reviews; PAG Team Trainings, communicate with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing, ensure the ultimate client experience. Current client meetings by providing top-quality customer service. Comfortable with handling a high volume of cases. While previous law firm and litigation experience are preferred. Must be a licensed member of the North Carolina Bar, in good standing.
