Perform legal research and analyze and apply legal principles and precedents, facts, and evidence to legal problems. Draft law and motion pleadings and present those statements of law, facts, and arguments clearly, logically, and effectively both written and orally. Effectively manage a nice sized caseload. Speak with clients during and after court to update them about case. Must be licensed to practice in Texas and is in good standing.
