Charlotte office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a fund finance staff attorney. The candidate will review and answer certain diligence questions with respect to a private equity fund's organizational documents, such as the limited partnership agreement and any letter agreements entered into between the private equity fund and an investor. With the guidance of senior members of the deal team, will also be responsible for drafting documentation to memorialize the loan to the private equity fund, and the security pledged in support of such loan.

The candidate must have strong time management skills and the ability to simultaneously manage responsibilities on multiple engagements.
