Las Vegas office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an IP/life sciences associate attorney preferably with 2-4 years of relevant experience in the life sciences area. The candidate should have experience includes evaluating patent portfolios, performing due diligence investigations, drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and patent portfolio management. Should be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office with a strong background in scientific fields relevant to biotechnology. Must be admitted to the Nevada Bar. An advanced degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or Immunology is desired. Experience in a law firm is required.

The candidate should be hard-working, personable, and dedicated to providing clients with top-notch legal services. Must have excellent academic credentials and communication skills. Should possess leadership skills, be comfortable working directly with clients and work well with others.
