The ideal candidate must have experience preparing coverage opinions and coverage position letters, as well as litigation experience including handling discovery, depositions, and preparing dispositive motions. Admission to New Jersey and New York Bar strongly preferred. Federal or New Jersey Appellate, Chancery or Law Division clerkship is preferred.

The candidate must possess excellent writing and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the desire to grow professionally through hard work and a willingness to learn.
