A fast-paced, boutique personal injury law firm located in Marietta, GA is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to manage a dynamic caseload from pre-litigation through trial. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in both plaintiff or defense personal injury matters, strong litigation skills, and a passion for client advocacy. Location:

• Marietta, GA

Duties:

• Manage pre-litigation caseload and oversee the litigation process

• Draft and negotiate demand letters and settlement agreements

• Initiate welcome calls and maintain consistent client communication

• Collaborate with case managers to gather evidence, medical records, and insurance details

• Conduct legal research, review case files, and evaluate claims

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including federal court matters

• Conduct settlement negotiations and hearings

• Negotiate liens and finalize balances with healthcare providers

• Provide assistance with property damage claims when needed

• Ensure clients receive proper medical treatment through correspondence with providers

• Maintain detailed case documentation and meet internal deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff or defense)

• Prior experience handling both pre-litigation and litigation, including trial

• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision

• Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities

• High level of professionalism, empathy, and client service focus

• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia

• Member in good standing with the Georgia Bar

Skills:
