Litigation Associate Attorney

Glendale office of our client seeks associate attorney with 1-3 years of litigation experience. The candidate will consistently engage in preparation of client-ready reports, formal and informal. Will independently manage a high-volume caseload. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions/trial preparation. Legal research, discovery, fact investigation, law and motion practice, interface with expert witnesses, social media investigations. Should have litigation experience in matters involving the healthcare industry, and be a current member of the California State Bar from an ABA-accredited law school. Medical background and/or familiarity with medical records and terms is a plus.

The candidate must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organizational, writing and analytical skills. Should have a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Must possess strong written and analytical skills, as well as be committed to exceptional client service. Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to multitask. Must be detailed oriented and strong rapport-building skills.
