San Francisco office of our client seeks attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will work closely with clients, administrative and legal staff, firm Partners and Global Team members to support the office, managing multiple corporate immigration accounts. Will review and process incoming documents for corporate clients. Conduct immigration assessments on cases. Correspond with clients and third-party vendors. Write and edit documents to USCIS, DOL and DOS. Manage paralegals and legal assistants. Participate in client presentations. Maintain valid license to practice law in the United States. Should have 1+ year of experience supervising paralegal staff and working on multiple corporate immigration accounts. Must have experience handling full range of immigrant and nonimmigrant employment-based matters. PERM expertise is required. A current license to practice law in the United States is essential.
