Newark office of our client seeks associate attorney with 3+ years of experience in real estate, title, and litigation. The candidate should preferably have multiple licenses. Must have Bar Admission, active and in good standing in DE. Litigation skills are essential. Default experience with lenders and mortgage services in the state of DE, preferred. Previous experience with electronic case management systems, especially CaseAware preferred. Knowledge of laws related to practice areas, legal codes and court procedures is essential.

The candidate should have outstanding written and oral communication skills to communicate with other attorneys, staff and clients. Must have outstanding interpersonal skills, and able to positively interact and collaborate with clients and employees at all levels. Must be flexible, self-directed, and motivated. Outstanding organizational skills is essential. Ability to handle a large volume of cases is essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook and Word is needed.
