Lateral Associate Attorney

The candidate must have experience negotiating concession agreements, long-term lease agreements, comprehensive agreements and similar agreements in the PPP space as well as related design, construction, interface, operations and maintenance agreements. Must have significant experience negotiating secured financings including credit agreements, pledge agreements, security agreements, and collateral agency agreements as well as bond experience including negotiating indentures, bond purchase agreements and drafting disclosure documents.
