The candidate will provide effective and reliable legal services to clients and supervising attorneys. Will draft transaction agreements and documents with efficiency and clarity. Manage transaction closings and processes. Provide thorough factual and legal research and analysis. Competently and professionally communicate with clients and supervising attorneys, and complete tasks efficiently. Must be admitted to the Bar in Illinois or preparing to obtain such admission in 2021 through reciprocity with another state.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials. Must have the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Should have the ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines. Strong organization and matter management skills essential. Ability to work professionally and effectively with Clients, Partners, Associate, and Support Staff are needed. Should have the ability to work effectively with others as part of a team. Exceptional project management skills needed.
