Registered Funds Attorney Specialist

Fort Worth office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a registered funds attorney specialist preferably with 5 years of experience with proficiency and direct prior experience working with Form N-1A, including reviewing mutual fund registration statements, prospectus supplements, shareholder reports, and similar. The candidate will support attorneys with reviewing and updating mutual fund registration statements and shareholder reports, commenting on disclosure matters, and the review and preparation of mutual fund board materials.

The candidate must be a self-starter who possesses the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Should have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
