Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Workout Attorney

Pittsburg office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a bankruptcy, insolvency, and workout attorney with 5-10 years of legal experience. The candidate will do a representation of secured and unsecured creditors in all aspects of Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies. Make confession of judgment, Mortgage foreclosure, Replevin actions, Receiverships, Article 9 sales, auctions, and other collateral liquidations, Enforcement of judgments, Lien priority litigation, Commercial litigation, Collection proceedings, and Landlord/tenant issues. Make loan modification agreements, forbearance agreements, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, and similar transactions.

The candidate must have the ability to organize/prioritize, and handle multiple time-sensitive issues in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent written/verbal communication skills. Must maintain existing client relationships and business. Must have the ability to maintain and expand client relationships.
