Associate Attorney

Lincoln office of our client seeks an associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate must have a strong interest in family law. General familiarity with statutes and court rules governing separate probate and juvenile court as well as local District Court rules is required. Nebraska Bar admission is a must.

The candidate must be technology savvy with the ability to use MS Office, document management and assembly, practice management, and trial software, etc. The ability to work efficiently and accurately with unparalleled attention to detail is required. Strong reading comprehension skills are needed. Familiarity with billing by hourly, flat, and staged fees is essential.
