Private Equity/Finance Associate Attorney

Philadelphia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks private equity/finance associate attorney with 3-7 years of private equity sponsored leveraged acquisition finance transactions experience. The candidate must be Admitted to Pennsylvania Bar. Should preferably have 3 years of experience primarily related to private equity sponsored leveraged acquisition finance transactions involving credit facilities such as senior secured term loans, cash flow and ABL revolving credit facilities, first/second lien and subordinated mezzanine credit facilities, as well as all related commitment letters, engagement letters, term sheets, fee letters, and collateral documentation for such facilities. Private equity borrower-side representation is a plus, but primary experience with lender-side representation in such matters is also desired. Should preferably have relevant law firm experience.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills and who is highly motivated. Must possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. Should preferably have immediately transferable skills, and strong academic background from nationally recognized law schools.
