Coral Gardens office of our client seeks community association law attorney with 3-5 years of real estate experience handling all types of general condo law transactions and litigation. The candidate will review and serve in the analysis of community association governing documents and related FL statutes. Will draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts. Draft opinion letters. Manage cases and meet clients expectations effectively. Attend condominium and homeowner association board and members meetings on a regular basis. Build trusting relationships with Owners, Board Members and Property Managers. Meet annual billable hour requirements and record time efficiently. Admission to the FL State Bar is essential.

Must have JD degree from an accredited law school. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be available to attend evening/night association meetings. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be an excellent team player.
