Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Venture and Growth Attorney to join its finance department in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in lender-side representation for commercial finance matters, with a preference for those who have represented banks or private credit funds in loans to technology, life sciences, or middle market companies. This is a professional track, non-partnership position.

Duties

• Represent lenders in commercial finance transactions.
• Advise on loans to technology, life sciences, and middle market companies.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance and risk management.
• Draft and review legal documents and agreements.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Experience with lender-side representation preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
