Litigation Staff Attorney

Tampa office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation staff attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for a high volume of matters and must be confident in their autonomy. Will have conducted discovery, drafted motions, argued one or more motions in court, have some deposition experience, and some trial experience. Experience in mediation, arbitration, and litigation of insurance claims, construction and design defect claims, and related matters is strongly preferred. Prior experience managing a team of paralegals and support staff preferred. Should be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar.

The candidate should have very strong legal research and writing skills. Must have proven track record in settling cases. Strong organizational and time management skills required. Must hold a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.
