Senior Corporate Associate Attorney or Special Counsel

Philadelphia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior corporate associate attorney or special counsel with 6-8 years of M&A experience. The candidate should preferably have strong M&A skills, including experience with leading the drafting and negotiation of definitive and ancillary documents, managing the deal process and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands on a variety of M&A-related matters. Large regional, national or international law firm experience is preferred.

The candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high degree of maturity and business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships.
