Patent Litigation Associate Attorney

Winston Salem office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a patent litigation associate attorney with 3+ years of patent litigation experience. The candidate must have a strong academic record. A technical background (electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, physics, biology or life sciences, or similar subject) is preferred. Judicial clerkship, industry, and/or patent prosecution experience, as well as USPTO registration, are preferred. Experience and interest in other types of litigation is a plus. Should preferably have NC State Bar admission.
