San Francisco office of our client seeks a staff attorney with 3-5 years of estate planning experience. The candidate should have an expressed interest and solid experience in estate planning, gift planning and philanthropic planning, preferably for high-net-worth clients, with particular experience in gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer tax research and analysis; drafting and implementing complex estate plans; and postmortem estate administration and trust administration (including preparation/analysis of gift and estate tax returns). Experience in charitable giving is a plus. An LL.M. degree in estate planning or tax is preferred. California Bar membership in good standing is required. This is a non-partnership track position.

Must have outstanding academic credentials. and strong written and verbal communication skills.
