Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks technology transaction associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate should have experience with some or all of the following: commercial transactions, data privacy, cybersecurity, and sophisticated transaction support including SPAC, Financings, Projects, and M&A. Experience with drafting and negotiating complex licensing agreements preferred.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials.
